The accuracy of the Measuring Cylinders
Leave a message
The graduated cylinder is a coarse gauge with its accuracy. If the minimum scale of the measuring cylinder with a measuring range of 5mL is 0.1mL, its accuracy is 0.1mL; if the minimum scale of a measuring cylinder with a measuring range of 10mL is 0.2mL, its accuracy is 0.2mL; if the minimum scale of a measuring cylinder with a measuring range of 50mL is 1mL, its accuracy is 1mL, and so on. Common, more accurate graduated cylinders can only record one decimal place RMS [2], such as 7.2mL. Generally, it does not need to be evaluated, and the conclusive is inconclusive.
