Features

The hemocytometer counting plate is made of thick glass, and each counting plate is divided into two identical counting cells by an H-shaped groove.

There is a support column on each side of the counting cell, and a special cover glass is covered on it to form a counting cell with a height of 0.10mm.

The counting cell is drawn with squares of 3.0mm in length and 3.0mm in width, divided into 9 large squares, each with an area of 1.0mm2 and a volume of 0.1mm (ul). Among them, the large square is divided into 25 medium squares with double lines. The 5 medium squares located in the center and four corners are the red blood cell counting areas, and are divided into 16 small squares with single lines.

The four large squares in the four corners are the white blood cell counting area, which are divided into 16 medium squares with single lines. The allowable error in the length of each side of the large square grid is ±1%.
